C&J Well Services Wins Gold Award for 2021 Safety Record

The Energy Workforce & Technology Council recently announced that C&J Well Services, LLC, a division of Berry Corporation (bry), has won the Gold Award in Group V for the 2021 Safety Record, which will be officially presented during the Safety Awards Breakfast on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the Energy Workforce & Technology Council Summer Meeting in Westminster, Colorado.

Awards will be presented in seven categories based on exposure hours, with the lowest recordable incidence rate recognized as the Gold Award winners. Group V consists of service companies that had from 2,500,001 to 5,000,000 exposure hours during 2021. Recipients in this category were:

  • GOLD: C&J Well Services, LLC
  • SILVER: Vallourec
  • BRONZE: Key Energy Services, LLC

For 2021, C&J Well Services worked 2,985,550 hours without a lost time accident and ended the year with a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.33.
